this period will not be accepted.

Returns will be accepted only if the products are:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags intact

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Discounted items purchased under promotions
• Packaging, gifts, or free items included with your order

Yes. A nominal fee of ₹99 is charged for return pickup. Alternatively, you may dispatch the item yourself to our facility.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.

Yes. Products may be exchanged for another size or product of equal or higher value, provided they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

No exchange fee is charged. Only the ₹99 pickup fee applies if you choose our pickup service.

4. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange shirt will be dispatched within 4–5 business days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. After delivery, you may return the item following our standard return process.

• Do not accept deliveries with unsealed or damaged packaging.
• If your product arrives without tags or damaged, contact customer care within 48 hours with details/photos.
